Ms. Renner has lived and worked in the US, UK, Japan and Nigeria, and is well acquainted with the knowledge and understanding of hybrid business cultures. She offers a unique blend of marketing communications, management and entrepreneurial experience. Previously, Ms. Renner was Creative Director as well as a founder of Cyactive, a software company based in the UK. She has also used her marketing communications expertise to consult on various projects, such as developing a communications package introducing a new software technology, ‘Meta-Code’, to the international IT industry, and working with the Hammatan team on various projects. Prior to this, Ms. Renner was Production Manager at CRJ Advertising where she was responsible for producing quality TV, radio and print advertising, which required her involvement from concept to final product.

Ms. Renner began her career as the Executive Assistant to the Creative Director at Dentsu -Young & Rubicam, a joint Japanese - American advertising agency in New York where she managed the administration of the creative department. She also held the responsibility of allocating assignments to the creative teams working on accounts such as JAL (Japanese Airlines), Cannon (copiers & cameras), and Nikko Hotels.

Ms. Renner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the American University’s School of Communication, located in Washington, D.C. She has served as an Awards Judge for the International Film and TV Festivals and the CEBA TV & Radio Awards in New York.
